Here are many of the beautiful shots Erin took at my bridal shower.  It was such a fun day and was actually one of the first nice days of the year.  Some of my closest friends and family came from three different states to celebrate with me.  My mom made her famous cookies, and Zingerman’s Events served some delicious brunch and cocktails.  It was a perfect celebration, and I’ve never felt so loved.

My mom made me a “something blue” garter out of her wedding dress (which she made in 1979), my blue baby blanket (which she made in 1986), my cousin’s wedding dress (which she made in 1990), and my flower girl dress for that same wedding (also made by my mom).  What an incredible woman.

My sister made this card by cutting out everything from different pieces of colorful and printed paper.   Such talented ladies in my family.
