Everyone in the North East feels my pain right now. If you don’t, you soon will. (Don’t worry friends and family on the coast, your day will suck tomorrow as much as mine did today!) Just two short days ago, I was sitting at my picnic table outside enjoying a beer with Josh and Laika, wearing a tank top. I was wearing the tank top, not Laika. Anyway, we woke up to snow on the ground this morning. Michigan is weird. New England is also weird. April is weird. It’s been 27 years of this. None of it should be shocking to me at this point, but it still surprises me every time. It’s as if I repress how awful the desperate wait for truly nice weather actually is. April is definitely one of those months when you can be in a sundress one day, and have to break out the boots, cashmere, and jacket the next. At least there are milkshakes and burgers in the world.
What I’m Wearing: Jacket – Gentle Fawn (available locally at V2V), Cashmere Sweater – White + Warren from V2V, Leggings – American Apparel, Sunglasses – Ray Ban, Bag – Hobo from V2V, Boots – Frye
