In spite of my most recent post, Detroit still looks alarmingly similar to Antarctica right now, but that doesn’t mean the Detroit Riverfront isn’t still beautiful.  Soon enough, the area will be full of children playing in the fountain and young professionals enjoying cocktails and appetizers on the restaurant patios.  But for now, I’ll enjoy the peaceful quiet and the sunshine even though it’s still freezing.
